Surge Tech Private Limited provides official warranty.

Devices are designed to be long-lasting. They are made of durable materials that are heavily tested in the Reliability Testing Lab. The longer you use your device, the better it is for the planet.

Return a product for warranty

To returning your Apple products for warranties, please contact Surge Tech's Sales & Support Department.


General terms are applicable as per Apple International Warranty Policy. 

When we collect a product for warranty, the further process is overseen by Surge Tech Support Department.  The process may require 7-15 business days to get a new unit or being replaced with a new unit.

Claiming your warranty is charge free. If any of our staff ask for any bills, please inform at (88) 01718-097799 or email at: (Please include your order ID or Invoice Number).

We may sync the SERIAL with our database for confirmation. The SERIAL should be sync with your product and Surge Tech's database.

Packages, documents not require for claiming warranty, but we may check the Serial Number is matching with our database or sealed warranty receipt (Soft or Hard copy)

We will receive / pick-up your goods as soon as you submit for the warranty. 

Contact Sales & Support Department for claim warranties in warranty period.

What we do after the warranty period ends?

- Technical support for products purchased from Surge Tech are valid till the end-users using date.

Every goods purchased from Surge Tech's are official and non-parallel import, we will provide a warranty slip alongside with invoice with additional information & data always synced with our database.

We may ask for this slip copy for warranty & free servicing after warranty periods ends. 

For other brands, same terms & method will be applied.
